Full Journal pdf2007-04-27 House Journal Page 0969 HJR 4 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 26, 2007, calendar (page 948), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RLS) Requesting the Federal Subsistence Board to rescind its decisions regarding the subsistence fishery priority given to Ninilchik, Happy Valley, Hope, and Cooper Landing residents. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 4(RLS) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHJR 4(RLS) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 22 NAYS: 11 EXCUSED: 5 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Buch, Chenault, Coghill, Dahlstrom, Doogan, Fairclough, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gruenberg, Harris, Johansen, Johnson, Kawasaki, Kelly, Lynn, Meyer, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Samuels, Stoltze 2007-04-27 House Journal Page 0970 Nays: Crawford, Doll, Edgmon, Guttenberg, Hawker, Holmes, Joule, LeDoux, Nelson, Salmon, Thomas Excused: Gatto, Kerttula, Kohring, Roses, Wilson Absent: Cissna, Seaton LeDoux changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, CSHJR 4(RLS) passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
